Billing Policy

This Software Billing Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for your use of our software and associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Fees and Billing Cycle

The Services are offered under various plans with different features and storage durations. 

  • Billing Cycle: We follow an end-of-the-month billing cycle. You will be billed for your chosen plan at the end of each month. This will be done based on the following parameters: 
    • Crash logs for uncaught exceptions.
    • Custom logs for logs like alert, success or failure of API routes
    • API backup
    • CPU history ( 7 days for a free plan, can be extended according to need with extra payment)
  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods listed here: credit card, debit card, UPI, and net banking. You can also prepay for your subscription using credits (if applicable).
  • Credits: Any existing credits will be applied first toward your outstanding balance.

2. Service Features and Storage

  • Plans: By default, the data will be stored for up to 7 days. Customizing plans offer extended storage capabilities based on demand.

3. Payment Due Date and Late Fees

  • Payment Due: Payment for your chosen plan is due at the end of each billing cycle.
  • Grace Period: We provide a grace period until the end of the following month for late payments. However, your service will not be interrupted during this grace period.
  • Late Fees: No late fees will be applied during the grace period.

4. Service Suspension and Data Deletion

  • Overdue Payments: If your payment remains outstanding for more than two months after the due date, your service will be suspended.
  • Data Deletion: In the event of service suspension exceeding two months, your project data, including logs, services, environments, integrations, and all related profile information, will be permanently deleted.
  • Service Restart: To restart your service, you will need to clear all outstanding payments and resubscribe to a plan. However, data recovery will not be possible after service suspension.

5. Changes to the Billing Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting the revised Policy on our website.

Choosing the Services

  • Any contract for the supply of Services from our Platform between you and Wooffer; for the supply of Services from our Platform. You agree to take particular care when providing us with your details and warrant that these details are accurate and complete at the time of availing our Services. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide are your own credit or debit card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment.
  • Services availed from us are intended for your use only and you warrant that any Services availed by you are not for resale and that you are acting as principal only and not as agent for another party when receiving the Services.
  • When creating an account on our Platform, you may be required to provide an e-mail address and password. You must ensure that you keep the combination of these details secure and do not provide this information to a third party.
  • We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our Platform.
  • When you make any bookings from our Platform, we will share invoice for the Services availed from us on our Platform. You must inform us immediately if any details are incorrect.
